Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and re-schedules must be placed within 24 hours of scheduled service time. 100% of the service cost will be charged for any cancellations done less than 24 hours. A 15 minute grace period is allotted day of service, after which you must reschedule to avoid running into the next client’s appointment time. No-shows are not allowed to book again unless approved. No refunds will be issued.
